My best suggestion would be to do a lot of classic rock. It will be familiar to almost everyone, most classic rock songs are about love and everyone will know the words. You can throw in some old school Blues/rock too so it doesn’t get monotonous. Like some BB King, Stevie Ray Vaughn, maybe some Ella Fitzgerald or Etta James. All of the songs would be appropriate and easy on the ears.

Yes of course! 🙂 I grew up on this kind of music so I’ll put some of the bands I’m familiar with and that I know are appropriate.

Boston, Eric Clapton or Cream, The Eagles, U2, Elton John, The Rolling Stones, Blue Oyster Cult, Rush, Queensryche, The Who, Neil Young, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Lynard Skynard, Guess Who, ZZ Top, Bruce Springsteen, Aerosmith.

Old School Picks: Elvis Presley, Marvin Gaye, Al Green, Johnny Cash, Billie Holliday, Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Patsy Cline, Chuck Berry.

Just a few, but it will get you started. Good luck!
