I’m not from that area, but is there a korea-town somewhere there?  I would go there, find the hanbok shop, ask there, and if they don’t have rentals, ask if they have any advice on renting them.

Don’t know if this is too late. I’m not on this site very often but if you haven’t found a Paebak Company call Le Duet http://www.leduet.com/  and ask for Christina who owns the company. Tell her Sarah sent you. She’s organizing our paebak next month and is really friendly and so helpful.
