I always think of red and turquoise and maybe some orange and yellow too, but not necessarily as the main colors. Purple is nice! I think the biggest thing is just to make sure that everything is brightly colored! Red and turquoise are an awesome, Mexican combo and they’re so bright and lively!

Would you consider navy in the mix?  (I’m a beachy bride and would NEVER have considered it, but as our plans have come together, it’s become the theme).  I’ve found that it can mix with many, many colors, and easy to do.

My first thought when reading your request for Mexican colors was mexican tiles.  Doing a simple search for “mexican tiles” on Google Images, these were things -I- think of:

Then, going back and doing a google image search of “red mexican tiles”, this is the stuff that grabbed my eye, esp. the first one:

Don’t know if any of them reverberate with you, but hopefully, they may give you some direction, or at least a few thoughts on searches…..I know for me, image searches tend to lead to “rabbit holes” of investigation as I go from site to site to site….and find just the right ideas for me……
