I’m getting married in Jersey City, but had the same concerns regarding out of town guests getting lost.   Someone posted a similar question on the knot (I think?) a month or so ago, and one of the brides answered that she had used Academy Buses for her guests.   We called a few days ago and recieved a quote of $950 for 10 hours…we we thought was a bargain!   Since we needed transportation for our guests both directions, that fits our schedule perfectly…with a few extra hours to spare.

Hope that helps!

If the $950 is too much, is there a friend or family member that isn’t intimidated by the subways that can be the group leader.  Basically that person will have a meet up time 40 minutes before the wedding at the hotel and will lead people to the church, others can just call a cab, and you should leave instructions for them to contact the hotel concierge 15 minutes before they are ready to leave.
