I’m assuming they can’t be taken apart then reassembled on-site?

Get banana boxes from the grocery store. Cut holes in the top just big enough for the vase to slide into. Space the  holes far enough apat so the branches don’t get caught up in each other.

Put the box in the back of a van. Most vans will take things that are 3-4 feet high. Are your centerpieces taller than that? Load in the vases. Drive to the reception
