I have made my own centerpieces which consist of tall curly willow branches with flowers in vases. We thought we had a plan on how to transport them, but realized it just won’t work. They are pretty tall and standing them up in a truck or car won’t work. We don’t want to lay them down for fear they will break. Does anyone have any ideas, or have tried anything that works. My wedding is this Sunday!!!

I’m assuming they can’t be taken apart then reassembled on-site?

Get banana boxes from the grocery store. Cut holes in the top just big enough for the vase to slide into. Space the holes far enough apat so the branches don’t get caught up in each other.
Put the box in the back of a van. Most vans will take things that are 3-4 feet high. Are your centerpieces taller than that? Load in the vases. Drive to the reception
