anonybee0810: I personally wouldn’t have a problem with travelling at 5-6 months pregnant. However, I’m not pregnant now, nor have I ever been – so you might get some more helpful advice on the Pregnancy/Babies boards. Although there are people who get lucky on the first try, they’re not THAT common – and other things may affect how quickly you become pregnant, such as age, diet, weight, cycle patterns, etc etc. FWIW, I’m prime conception material on paper and we’re heading into cycle 9 of TTC. So, to conclude, I wouldn’t put off any travel plans based on something that’s really hard to pinpoint! Just go for it 🙂

anonybee0810:  If I were you, I’d TTC now. You never know how long it will take. And come early next yr, depending on where you are in  your TTC/pregnancy journey you can book your trip. If by chance you get pregnant before then and don’t want to travel during pregnancy, you can visit after the baby is born. I’m sure your husband’s grandparents would love to see their great-grand baby. I just hope they maintain their health for many years to come! I have a ton of friends who travelled internationally with a 2-6month old baby.
