That’s a tricky one as far as “buildings” go.  What about photos of those places/things?  My cousin did theme tables for my aunt and uncle’s 50th wedding anniversary.  Maybe you could do teacups for England?  Have you visited these places, and have souveniers that you can use??

You could use photo cube vases with pics of the city and insert some themed elements into the flower arrangements (like tiny statues if famous buildings on long floral picks).
