Hi there,

I want to do the same. (Rent maybe 4 trees with medium height with leaves yellowing.) I am not sure how that goes either. I want the fall feel indoors since the weather is too unpredictable. I am going to start calling my local nurseries and see what they come up with. Its not like I’m keeping it so I hope its not too outrageously expensive.

There is a wholesaler near me (Bylands Nursery) that rents out anything they grow at 20% of the purcahse price.  Trees are like $12-$20 each to rent, you can rent flower baskets, potted plants etc also.

and…another tricky thing. I want the fall leaves, the wind during delivery might make them all blow off?!?! Unless they wrapped the top in a gian platic bag or tried to?

Take the Reins, that is so cool! 20% sounds awesome! I’m only 15 minutes from the border of Ontario I wonder how far that place is ha ha

@Shamrocks2117:

Well, it’s in Kelowna, so not sure it would be worth the haul lol.  But check any local nurseries.  A lot of them transport in a closed vehicle, as wind will damage branches even mature trees in transport, so you might be ok with them hanging on.

Another option, is cut fall branches from local trees.  Depending on how big you want the trees/branches, you can get a lot this way, and cheap!  Just don;t get in trouble lol.

We are cutting branches from the hills for our wedding for some decor, and renting a few trees also.
