Weddingbee boards

Today I went for my hair and makeup trial. I don't have a permanent salon because I don't get my hair done that often, so I basically picked one at random after doing a lot of searching on google. It's a convenient location and offers hair and makeup in the same place for a reasonable price.

Well, I love it! My pics are poor quality from my cell phone, but I really think she did a good job. For the day, we'll do more volume on top, but I love the low curls. She added that twist effect that wasn't in my pics and I think it looks great, just the right amount of interest. I can't decide if I feel like I'm wearing too much blush or not. It looks good in the pic but I feel silly, but I am not used to wearing any at all so it could just be that. I wish my dark circles covered a little better, but I don't expect miracles.

I wish I had better pics so you could see the detail and color better.  I really need to get a new camera so I don't have to use my cell phone for everything!

I really think she did a good job capturing the inspiration pics. I know it's hard to recreate something exactly off a picture and inspiration is usually just that, inspiration, and not an exact how-to. I was so happy with how closely she was able to copy it! (This was my inspiration.)
