I just tried on my first bridal gowns today! The best of the those that I got through was a "Marisa" brand dress that the salon commented was a Vera Wang knock-off. The closest Vera Wang gown that I can find is the "Luxe Callalily", less the flower business at the shoulder.

Anyone have any ideas if the Marisa dress I tried is 1) online somewhere and 2) what the style number might be? I did not pay attention to the style number but they did tell me that it wouldn't be on the Marisa website because it is a 2009.

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

good luck with it! It is so pretty and it was really a fun dress, even just trying it on in the shop.

I did decide to go with another (and oddly enough, completely different style) but I still love the Marisa. Unfortunately the store I was in was not doing a very good job at preserving the sample dress and it had taken quite a beating from so many people trying it on over the last few weeks - it was definitely a turn off for me regarding their business and ultimately led to me going elsewhere!
