Yeah, with all the holiday eating its a relief to fit into any clothes, let alone your dress. What does it look like?
Yay that's good! I'm sure that all the alterations will help things too!
Well, with the style of the dress, I'm hoping to fit into it without alterations. We'll see. It's just a little tight around the bust area and just below the beading. 10-15 pounds should do it and I have 4.5 mos.
Last year, I ended up getting my dress right during the holidays. Talk about nerve wracking... but I already knew she was going to be too big, because the salon ordered the wrong size :(

Since I was home for the holidays, I figured I should try on my dress to make sure it still fit. I bought it a year and 10 pounds ago, so I know I have a little way to go. But it zipped! And I've been doing pretty well working out and watching my diet, so I am not too nervous!
