The only things I can think of are:
1) DIY
2) Partial DIY (Put the Chinese & Vietnamese portion into a graphic, and hire an Etsy seller to custom them out for you)
3) William Arthur. They're not cheap. I just know they can print Vietnamese invites, but I think they do it by using a graphic.
4) Find some place in Asia (or Chinatown) to print them out. Price is probably better, but must consider: Quality, Overseas shipping, etc.
I personally would go with #2, since I'm a bit of a perfectionist and want to know how everything will look, but also not willing to pay a lot of money. :) G'luck!
Try C&C Company in Quincy, MA. Their address is 48 Oval Road and phone number is 617.847.3038. They have contemporary designs that you can't find in Chinatown and I think they can print trilingual invitations. Another option is Best Printing in Chinatown. I don't know the exact street number, but its on Edinboro Street.
I used C&C Company in Quincy and just got my invitations this week. They look great and Lily the owner is very nice. I had mine done in English and Chinese

Does anyone know any places where I can get trilingual invitations (English, Chinese and Vietnamese) around the Boston area? I'm thinking having a tri-fold invitation would be more convenient, a language for each side. I know coming up with the invitations will be stressful..
