I highly recommend Fiddlestix! They are talented, entertaining, and very professional and easy to work with. I have been to two weddings that they performed at. Both couples raved about how nice they are and I can vouch for their performing skills. http://www.weddingwire.com/shared/VendorWebsite?vid=d1d5d72037e6af23
Good luck, hope this helps!
Andromeda String Quartet. They are about $500 or $550 for an hour, I forget which, and $600 for two hours. They are all UCLA music grads. They were great; very reliable and professional; transitioned smoothly even when our coordinator messed up.

I have heard nice things about Fiddlestix, but to my (somewhat trained) ear, they are not very good musicians.
I used students from the Chamber Music Institute. A much cheaper option! http://www.chambermusicinstitute.com/perform.html
