They just like to stir up crap and get a laugh.

@CocoLoco523:  Boredom, the person is an idiot/immature, who knows.  Some of the posts are wildly entertaining though.  There was one the other day that was asking for people to share their threesome/embarassing sex stories.  The responses were priceless (no one actually answered the OP).

I hate it. In cases that the post is authentic maybe the poster is embarrassed /ashamed to come back.

Some folks do it (on a new username) so it doesn’t tarnish their image on the bee. I wish people would just be more open in general, because I think there is a lot to be gained from that. The more repressed people are the less happy I think.

@CocoLoco523:  It is actually against our commenting policies to call someone a troll.

Please refrain from name calling.  Whether it’s directed toward another community member with whom you’re having a disagreement, or toward someone you suspect is only here to cause trouble (a.k.a. a “troll”), it’s never acceptable to call another member names on Weddingbee.

Obviously for the reasons mentioned we don’t want any members to feel put out if they are discussng something personal or inflammatory. If you or anyone else believes trolling is occuring just flag the post and the mods will address it.

@CocoLoco523:  I think some people like to just have a laugh watching a topic get nasty and heated. Some topics around here could get everyone in a tizzy without the OP ever coming back (ie: speaking negatively about non diamond rings, saying your diamond is too small, etc).

I do hate not being able to call a troll out, though. Sometimes I wish I could do it just so bees would stop wasting their energy debating and getting nasty with one another. But I understand the policy.

I saw the thread topic and I ran to grab my troll spray out of the closet:

but then I realized that’s not what you needed :/

@CocoLoco523:  If you read my post I wasn’t accusing you or anyone else of anything. I was merely pointing out that if someone does believe a member is a troll it is easier to just flag and notify the mods than to worry about the details. 🙂
