I actually chose my colors based mostly on what was appropriate for the season (winter), and then by what would look good on the bridal party. Thus, sapphire blue and platinum.
You also might want to get the party's feedback, if you haven't already.
You might also want to consider which colors would go best in your ceremony or reception venues...
like in the last post, maybe start looking for the dresses, different colors with pokadots may be hard to come by.
50's say blue and yellow to me... picture a sunny 50's kitchen.

So I am having a kind of 50s themed wedding. My girls are wearing polka dot 50s themed spring dresses. (tealength) I have ALWAYZ dreamed of having the girls alternate colors. Such as if my colors were Orange and Cobalt Blue. First girl in orange 2nd in blue 3 in orange ad so on an so forth until they all are taken care of. My big delimma now is I can't choose what two colors. Choices include: Purple, Pink, Blue, Yellow, Lime, Orange.
My other thought is to have one girl in a black dress w white polka dots and the next in a white dress with black polka dots and cont w/ alternating and have crazy daisy bouquets or just an accent color but I am worried its going to look stupid. ANY SUGGESTIONS AND OR OPINIONS?!?!?! PLEASE! Thank you!
