    Hello Everyone!

I am really having a hard time finding someone to make a graphic that I need for our invitations. If I do find someone that want 150 ish or above for a graphic. Is this normal? Anyone have any ideas on where I can find other options to having someone make the graphic?

The graphic I am waiting is a boy and girl (can be cute little stick figures wearing bathing suits) riding a surf board on a big single wave that is crashing over.

Try http://www.pinkdesignevents.com/. They're highly recommended and have good prices too.

What kind of graphic are you looking for? $150 seems extremely high for a monogram or something of that sort, but if you're looking for custom artwork it can get costly.

ETA: Just saw the description of the graphic. If you're looking for a stick figure look that seems like a pretty high price, although established artists tend to charge higher prices. Maybe try doing a search on istockphoto.com and see what comes up? Or an Etsy Alchemy request?

You could place a request on etsy using their "alchemy" feature. I've had good luck with that. Since most of the vendors don't have much overhead, they're able to keep their prices pretty low.

I totally agree with glacee! Ive used the alchemy function before for my wedding band actually.

Its totally awesome. You get to post specifically what you want and how much you are willing to spend and then artists or crafters can b id on completing the product and show what they can do.

I wanted a specific  band and had 3 people bid on the ring and found a jeweler who could make what I wanted for a totally affordable and fair price. Good luck!
