Contact local bridal salons. I got my dress from an ordinary boutique that was carrying different stock and so selling their samples.

There is a non-profit "sample" dress salon in Redlands, California (out at the base of Big Bear off the 10 freeway) that has a great selction. I believe it is called Couture Bridal or something like that. Also, there is a bridal salon in Fountain Valley that carries a large, rotating selection of sample gowns year-around.
