So for Christmas, my husband and I went in on some TRX Pro training bands together (not super expensive, but we didn’t want to go big on gifts this year). I AM SO EXCITED!!
No real purpose to this post other than I’m excited.
Anyone else use the TRX bands? Any fun exercises you’d recommend? I am excited to really work my core on it.

@CocoLoco523: I’ve tried it at the gym – I don’t know if I could manage it without a trainer. I definitely felt it though!

@CocoLoco523: I’ve seen it at the gym, but I’m afraid of it being too arm heavy. Have you gotten to use your bands yet?

TRX is amazing. I did about 20 sessions with a personal trainer so I could learn the proper moves and techniques, and it truly transformed my body. I would definitely recommend getting guidance from a personal trainer, as your results really depend on doing the moves correctly and accurately. You’re going to love it!

I’ve tried it, and it was a fun group work out. I wish I could have tried the exercise where you put your feet in them and do a plank or push ups, but I was sure my ankles would snap!

@chic_and_fabulous: YES and I love it! I don’t find it to be too arm heavy. You use your own body resistance. It’s more core focused than anything. You can do arm, core and legs. Definitely total body.
