This website is awesome! I use it to calculate my running routes as well.
I have used FitDay.com before. THey have a great app that can be used for blackberrys also.
I think Sparkpeople is the best food tracking website. Check it out!
Sparkpeople is AWESOME! But remember, the hardest part of those calorie counting websites is how easy it is to underestimate your portion size :P
I wanted to add Dailyburn.com to these suggestions.. it's really helping me!
Spark people i love it. You can even google map your walk/running routes and can save it for calorie burns.
I used to use sparkpeople, but now I just write it down in a tiny journal. I'm going back to the pen and paper, people!

During some downtime at work today I came across the livestrong site that offers a great deal of help when trying to track your food intake.
http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate seems like a great place to keep you motivate and help you track your weightloss/calorie goals.
It will also take into account your activity level when determining if you are eating enough or too much.
