I've been blogging since FI and I got engaged 6+ months ago.  My wedding is still just over a year away (yay!).  I know I have some WeddingBee followers (which is SO cool!), but other than that I haven't really shared my blog with anyone IRL (seriously I've told like two people about it! - FI doesn't even realize how much I blog!).

If you blog do you share it with your friends/family or is it mainly just for you and "internet friends"?

Hehe, I originally started mine to keep my bridesmaids in the loop since they're spread out all over the country, then it was something my photographer starting reading, as well as our ceremony musician and eventually, family members.  After I discovered weddingbee, I shifted it a little more to be application ready at any time, but it's kind of for anyone interested =D

I think it is for EVERYONE!!

I use mine mainly just to write.  It helps me calm down, destress, and anctaully look at stuff.  And what better reason to start a new blog than a weddingLaughing  Honestly I don't care if anyone reads mine, but I try to write it as if someone is just so that if people stumble across it.

But really, unless it is something super private, share it with everyone, someone may find some inspration in your words!

I started mine before I was even engaged (I knew it was coming!) It was a way for me to talk about wedding things without annoying my sister and mom before I was even engaged. Now I use it to share what's going on with wedding planning with my family since we're all spread out. It's also just kind of fun to write and release and destress after a crap day at work.
