oh and the first two gold are antique gold the second two golds are venetian gold
I like the gold color, but green looks good on everyone.
(edit - the second shade, venitian gold)
If I were one of your BMs I wouldn't wear either color because neither looks good on me.
How about if you go with a colder color (like blue, gray, purple) and gold instead? That one would cover both cold and warm skintones.
i dont have to worry bout the complexions because both will look good on my girls. im starting to lean towards the gold however, since it blends more????
I have a very good eye for color and I voted for green. The gold is nice, but it won't compliment your dress since the color is too close.
My initial instinct was to go with green but after seeing your inspiration board I changed my mind and would go with gold, (if it looks good on everyone). I'm afraid the green would make them look too much like part of the decor whereas they should just cordinate and look elegant. I love the color combo by the way.
Sorry, but i'm not feeling any of the specific dresses though.
i like the green better personally but i swear my mom is trying to talk me out of the green since she hates the color green in general (and so does my sister) but its my fav color LOL
she swears up and down that i wont stand out the bridesmaids will if they wear green... but i just see it contrasting??
why don't you do both colors?? two girls in gold and two girls in green...just a suggestion..
oh not a bad idea! or i wonder if theres a dress that would do green with gold sash? or is that too much?
No I don't think so..I think it would look very pretty!!
I LOVE that green and gold color. THat's a fabulous color combination.
Personally I like the third gold dress the best (the one with the wrap at the waist and the model has on the big necklace). I think it's a tone that looks good on lots of skin tones (gold/champagne/etc is a tough color for lots of women, trust me, we had pink champagne and it was tough!) and it's a simply cocktail dress that doesn't look too bridesmaidey and could be worn again. It's classy, I like it a million times better than any of the other ones. It's so chic. That's my vote!
What about green shoes with the gold dresses? Or some sweet green jewelry? You could find them some really amazing (fake) emerald drop earrings.

Here are pics of my choices that i have found in the color for my wedding and a pic of my dress so you can get the idea.
the first two are both in iridescent taffetta, the second two are matte satin so if there mix and match it will be with the first two or the last two.
any ideas of what looks best?
I can also change the dress colors to be antique gold instead as well which is the other color for my wedding (and i am posting an inspiration board so you get the theme...)
