Hi Bees 🙂
I am looking for something that is NOT a supplement to gain weight. My BMI is 18 and I’m quite healthy – yoga/running/boot camp ~3 times per week. I’m hoping to gain muscle mass with bootcamp. I eat well, lots of veggies, meat and cheese – I cook with full fat.
What would help gain weight that is not a shake? I don’t believe in those powders, who knows what is actually in them. They taste gross.
Ideas? What has worked for you?

I’ll be watching this closely as i’m trying to do the same thing. Yep the shakes and powers are nasty!!!

Find a trainer to help you with your form, and lift big, and progressively bigger weights. Otherwise your body has no use for extra protein you’re putting through it.

Lifting, lots of protein, and as many calories as you can handle! Try drinking calories so you don’t get as full -soda (you can get Hansen’s brand so it’s not as artificial), juice, chocolate milk, etc.
