Make a list of vendors that you are going to need; ie., venues, caterer, music, flowers, etc. for your vendor section. Then make another section for your DIY stuff, if you are doing DIY; ie., save-the-dates, invitations, gifts, etc. Then another section for Inpiration photos; ie, gowns, bouquets, decor, etc. If you run out of space, just get some more inserts for your binder and add the extra categories as you figure them out. My binder is stuffed to capacity at 2 1/2″.

Edit: I also forgot to mention. I put each page in one of those plastic sleeves to keep them from getting tattered. I find myself going through my book a lot. I put the pages that I can back to back in one sleeve.
