Does the store have a website? If so, does it list the designers they carry (even if they won’t tell you what designer made that specific dress). If you knew some possible designers, I bet some ladies here would be able to find that dress! 🙂

Did you take pics?

I agree with gabrielle, look on their website. It is more than likely going to have a list of the the designers they carry.

I closed the other thread and am directing people here.  We can always move a thread for you, but it gets confusing to have to comment streams going at once 🙂

what if you were to go back again, or send someone else you know to try the dress on?  The designer is not on the label?  What kind of a store is this?  I’ve never heard that!  I’ll look for it based on your description.  Good luck in the mean time!

I stumbled across it on this website that doesn’t have photos – so I was looking up the dresses http://www.bridalgown.net/storefrontprofiles/deluxeSFshop.aspx?MIKAELLA&sfid=101638&c=40006142

The dress is listed at the bottom – and I saw another bee order from this site, I do believe they have a brick and mortar store in NY, and the correspondence I’ve had with them was positive 🙂

Good luck!
