Congrats! I just posted earlier today that my hubs and I decided last night to start trying!
Good luck mrstilly! We had been talking about "when" since last Sept. We weren't orginally going to start trying until this Sept. but just decided last month to give it a go now! Just the casual approach right now... but very exciting!

I agree about a thread for those of us TTC...we just started this month as well and are really excited about it, but not telling anybody because we don't want to be getting questions from our friends and family all the time about how it's going.

I think a TTC thread would be great. We are on month 3 or so of trying, and I feel like I kind of annoy people on here with my questions and requests for luck!

Hearing of all of you ladies starting to TTC is making me jealous!! FI and I are getting married in Oct and intend to start TTC ASAP!!! I have major baby fever and cannot wait for my turn! GL to you ladies! Hope your TTC journey's are short!
@heathaah - don't be silly!! I can't wait until you give us all the good news, and we were all TTC at some point so we should "hang" out together :)

Thanks all! Yes, I'm definitely trying to "enjoy" this time with DH. At times I feel like I'm already thinking too hard into it and have to remind myself to just have fun with it and see what happens (at least for a couple months!). It's just such an exciting time in life! Can't wait for that positive test !!
CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so happy for future mama's! My FI and I are currently TTC. This month was our first month of actually trying! I'm so excited, nervous (because we are planning a wedding) and happy at the same time. I have a 4 yr old and I love being a mother, and its even better now that I have Chris around being JUlian's dad and wanting to father more children...here's lots of baby dust! Have fun BD!
Aw, thanks Septbride and Janna! It's almost testing time this month, so hopefully some news...and if not...more sex! A win-win situation right? :)

Hi girls!! I'm back and PREGNANT! I just found out last Tuesday we are finally expecting a bundle on 9/17/11. We are thrilled! It took about 7 months!
Congratulations! Though I'm sure it was extremely trying (no pun intended), it's relieving to hear someone who took longer than a month or two to get pregnant. Hope you have a very healthy pregnancy!
Thank you, yes it is early. We haven't told people in real life, but I had to share the news. I'm 4 weeks 2 days! (Pretty positive of that because I charted!) I was very active in TTC and did a bunch of stuff to increase my chances. I found out at 3 weeks 3 days with a digital pregnancy test. I was so shocked. I actually only took it because I had a regular obgyn check up that day and just decided to "see"... I nearly fell to the floor when it read "YES+" I wrapped it up and it to Hub when he came home from work that night and said your last Christmas gift finally came in! Baby dust to everyone waiting.. don't lose hope!!

After nearly 9 years together, toss in a year of married life, we're ready to have a baby! It's pretty exciting to write since we aren't telling anyone.. I already get enough of the questioning as it is! Plus, I think it's a time for me & hubby to enjoy, alone! I think these boards should have a TTC thread or something! I loved this site when I was getting married, for the most part everyone is kind & supportive. I guess that's why I'm here again! Good luck to the others of you who are TTC!
