Just search ttc abbreviations and you should find a thread that explains them all. It’s really like another language!
POAS: pee on a stick
EWCM: egg white cervical mucous
KU: knocked up
PCOS: poly cystic ovary syndrome
AF: aunt flow
BD: baby dance (have sex, who knows how this one happened)
FF/ fertility friend (fertility app that charts your cycle)

Just a few more:
CD: cycle day
DPO: days past ovulation
LP: luteal phase (time between ovulation and flow)
TWW: two week wait
DS, DD, DH, DW: dear son, daughter, husband, wife
LO: little one
BFP, BFN: big fat positive/negative

This thread used to be a sticky on the TTC board (I miss stickies!) – it’s got all the main info and abbreviations you should need. Also, read through the comments! They’re just as informative as the OP’s post.
