I'm getting married on Maui and am planning a TTD session too. I was thinking about taking the pics down in Hana, the bamboo forest. It's an amazing place with streams, pools, falls, bridges, trees, etc. Lots and lots of good opps. Plus, it's not a very long hike into the jungle. There is also an amazing red sand beach down in Hana and a black sand beach at Wai'anapanapa State Park-you get black sand and there's even a kind of hidden cave with crystal clear water and lots of mud, if you're so inclined. lol And finally, since we staying at the Four Seasons, I thought of maybe doing a pool TTD. I've seen some great pics taken from under the water in a pool (both natural and man-made). But I have NO idea what any of it will cost. lol
I've only been to Kaui once but the old Coco Palms Hotel (where they filmed Blue Hawaii) in Ka'paa is really cool and decrepit but still has some pretty spots, which gives you some options.
Hope this helps and good luck :)

I'm interested in doing a trash the dress photo shoot while on our honeymoon in Hawaii. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations for finding a photographer and a location to shoot. I'm thinking we'll do this during the 4 days we're in Kauai but we'll also be in maui too. I don't have a lot left in my budget for this but i think it would be in a lot of fun and I'm thinking it would only be a couple of hours
i'll be cross posting this in Hawaii local boards as well
