You should be able to find tulle at any fabric store.

I wanted to make my own pew bows.  I tried looking it up on You Tube and it actually looks fairly easy I just couldn't get mine to look right :S

i know hobby lobby has the fuschia tulle. it was 1.09 per yard. but if you have a 40% off coupon, you can buy a bolt of it and save money.

I bought purple tulle at Container Store.  They may have fuschia.  Making tulle pew bows is easy.  Just get some string (I used raffia in the same color) and make loops of tulle and tie them together with the string.  Then add two long pieces for the tails.  I've attached a photo of one I made.  I just tied it to a kitchen chair to show you, since my wedding hasn't happened yet.  :-P

You can find rolls of tulle on ebay for under $2 a roll.  I just made a fairy costume for a 4 year old out of fuschia tulle and ordered it all from ebay.  I think it was $1.80 a roll with a one time shipping (for all rolls) of 2 bucks maybe.
