@Ninteenthchance:  That’s what we’re doing! Some sellers on etsy will engrave them for you too for A LOT cheaper! I don’t know why they’re marked up so much at chain stores…. it was truly amazed when I saw that!

@Ninteenthchance:  Agreed.  We got matching tungsten bands for around $25 each.  They are fantastic. Husband wears his every single day and I wear mine when I travel, work out, or whenever I prefer to just not wear my diamond set.  It blows my mind when people talk about spends hundreds on tungsten bands.

You’re absolutely right. My FI’s ring was $20. I feel so bad for brides that post about buying their guys’ tungsten rings for hundreds in store.

Yep. DH’s band was $15 on Amazon, and almost $350 in store.

Yeah, we looked at similar rings for hubby, then bought off Amazon.  I was having a hard time determining why stores charge so much when they’re the same material. We spent $30 on his ring and it’s gorgeous.

When we bought our wedding bands they just gave us tungsten ones for free.  Crazy how much they mark them up.

I just wear my tungsten one to work out or if I’m going somewhere that I don’t want to wear either of my rings.  He wears his tungsten one sometimes–he alternates between his diamond one and tungsten one depending on his mood, haha.

Really??My FI wants one too and it was $229 in the store but they didn’t have his size. I ended up getting a place holder instead…

@Ninteenthchance:  Wish we had thought to check Amazon :/ We paid $250 for DH’s ring and now I’m seeing them online for like $20. Blargh… we are usually so good about shopping around!

Got FI’s tungston band off Amazon for about $20 as well. Score!! I also got a tungston band for myself for $15 for when I serve (who wants to get their pretty ring all dirty with other peoples plates and gunk?!). Great deal.
