LittleRed:  I really enjoy TurboFire, and ChaLEAN Extreme! In the past year and a half, I’ve done ChaLEAN, a hybrid of TF & ChaLEAN, TurboFire alone, and ChaLEAN again. Now, I’m doing 21 Day Fix. 

Total Beachbody program nut, here. My fiance’s being doing T25 & P90X3

LittleRed:  I can see how it can be slow. It’s a very concentrated, slow rep, muscle building program.

What I loved, and what kept me motivated, was tracking my weight and reps each week. If you follow the program, and print out the worksheets from online, you can track how much stronger you get week to week. That was one of my biggest motivators because you do build muscle and gain some weight because of it. Having proof of how strong I was getting was the true motivator for me.

The TF/CLX hybrid schedule works really well, too. You get the action from TF and then you get the strength from CLX.

I LOVE TurbFire.

When I first did it before I was hit by a car last year, it helped me lose 15 lbs (went from 180 to 165).

Now that my back is mostly recovered, I’m going to try and start a new four week cycle on May1! Want to join me!? I’m going to do TurboFire everyday in the month of May since my dress fitting is June 7. I need to get RIPPPPPPPPED.
