Has anyone done this?  Any recommendations on where we should look?

    Thanks!

I've seen it in jewishsource.com, it's the Source of Everything Jewish catologue which I love. Also, I've heard of people using Etsy.

We haven't done it yet - but we were planning to order from this seller on Etsy: http://www.etsy.com/listing/76519357/wedding-shards-fused-glass-mezuzah?ref=pr_shop

I second hermitcrab! We're getting one as a gift. Ne sure to check whether or not it comes with the scroll included, some do and some don't and you'll want to factor it into pricing.

@afpfgirl:  The mezuzah shown in that ad is actually the one we had made.  The seller, Enid Traisman, makes all sorts of things out of kiln-formed glass.  We convoed her to ask whether she could make us a mezuzah out of the shards of our wedding glass.  As you can see, she did a great job with it, and has now added it to her repertoire.

we may have some left over and so we're still up in the air re: what we want to do with the rest.
