Well it's just your trial. If you are wanting to wear your makeup all day long, if you are going someplace afterwards, I would change your shirt. I've never been able to manage to change shirts without getting some makeup on it.
You should wear a neckline that's comparable to your dress. Like a white spaghetti strap tank top or something. And a tank top will definitely interfere with the makeup part of it, I'd at least change to a low neckline.
I would defintely suggest changing into a button-down or another shirt with a much larger neck/head opening (like a deep v-neck or scoop neck). I would want to know how my hair looked relative to my neck/shoulders/collar/back (thinking of which body parts will be exposed in your gown) and would want to have a better idea of the overall look.

About to leave for hair & make up trial and realized I'm wearing a turtle neck. Will that interfere ? should iI change?
