You can have them do it themselves. Online there are instructions on how to measure for a suit. Maybe they can have a friend in France help them and then they can email the measurements to you and you can call them in.
We measured fiance because we weren't sure the woman in the tux shop did it quite right (she was so fast!).

I was going to suggest have him measure himself as well!

Just make sure that you get the list of measurements needed from MW Tux and make sure your GM gets every measurement you need! It should be close enough that the suit will fit well, if not perfectly.

The groomsmen are all coming from France 3 days before the wedding and are supposed to wear tuxes. We asked them to get measured in France and to send the information over to us so that we can place the orders for them. The problem: one of the groomsmen has been to 4 tailors and none of them would measure him if he didn't buy a suit from them! Anyway, apart from my FI being pissed off at his countrymen for being so rude (the customer is never right in France), he contacted Men's Wearhouse in the US and they told him the measurements need to be in 4 days in advance for a rush order. The groomsmen won't be here in time...
Without subjecting his friends to further inconvenience and rudeness, how can we get them measured? Does anyone know what measurements are needed/important? Thanks!
