My FI has commented that he *really* wants me to walk out to the traditional "here comes the bride" song. Which is good b/c I probably would have picked something else! haha. However, all the versions I’m finding are kind of cheesy and organy and brassy for my outdoor wedding. They’re better suited in a large Cathedral I think. We are having a Beatles CD of fingerstyle guitar playing while our guests are seated and this insanely amazing cello-piano version of Taylor Swift’s Love Story. It’s incredible. It has a wonderful build up, and we’ll have it faded out, then replaced with the "dun dun dun dun" song. He’s really picturing me opening the doors of the plantation house and walking out to that. So, he gets his wish.
So what’s an appropriate version to walk out that is the *traditional* song but perhaps a non-traditional version? Our music is unique and non traditional….
