Weddingbee boards

Well, my FH is a terrible secret keeper and has been hinting at our engagement for about a month now, but on Thanksgiving I confirmed it when I found the address to my parents' business written down in my car ( he had taken the car for the day) and he spilled all the beans about shopping for the ring and going to ask my Dad's permission. However he didn't have the ring in hand yet, and told me he was going to make me wait until FEBRUARY (our two year anniversary) to propose! He quickly realized that wasn't going to work when I immediately started planning our big day. 

He said yesterday that although it's no longer a surprise, he would like to take me out to dinner to make it special and that it would happen as soon as he was able to pick up the ring. Well I just got an email that said "How do you feel about sushi tonight?" AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I can't stand it!! I have two and a half hours left of work and I'm losing my mind, I can't WAIT!!!!! 

Sorry if this is a silly post but I can't really tell anyone that I know yet, so this is my only outlet for wedding excitement. Thanks for reading!!!!!!!

Oh my gosh I seriously just got goosebumps thinking about how excited you must be!! I agree with the other bees, just keep as calm as you can and soak up every second! Can't wait for pics!!!

You ladies are so awesome, yes I am crawling out of my skin with excitement!!!!!! It is so hard to stay at work but I've already requested time off on Thursday so I really can't leave today. Besides, what would I do, sit on the couch waiting for him to get home and take me out?? hahaha

I'm dying here!!!!!!!!  And oh yes, ring pics to come asap!!

OMG I forgot to do my nails yesterday.... now I really wish I could leave early for a quick mani!!!! 

I just keep pacing, go get a drink, go to the bathroom, sit at desk and do the leg shake, check boards, read posts to try to pass the time since I have not much real work to do.... check the clock, one minute has passed.... AAAAAAAAHHHHHH :)

Ok so now he's saying that he's going to the gym before dinner and not to get my hopes up because he still hasn't picked up the ring. I call bullsh*t because he told me last night that we should go for sushi to make it special and he would never just ask to go out for sushi on a random monday night, plus we have no money to go out twice this week. I'm guessing he's just trying to throw me off but it's kinda mean! Here's hoping I have good news in a few hours!!

Just got home and I swear to you, he's walking around the house with the giant box bulge in his pocket........ I'm trying really hard not to just laugh out loud. Reservations are at 7, 40 minutes go to!! :)

He took me to dinner at a local sushi restaurant. While we were sitting at the sushi bar waiting for our food, the waiter came over to me with the restaurant telephone, asking "are you jen? phone is for you" I was SO confused, so I took the phone and on the other end was Bill's 10 year old niece Lindsey. She said "Hi Jen, It's Lindsey, I was wondering if you would want to be my Aunt?" I almost died, soooooo cute. As I was talking to Lindsey, Bill pulled out the ring and gave it to me. Even though I knew it was coming, the phone call was such an awesome surprise. 

A year ago when we moved in together, that same weekend, he called Lindsey and told her that he was going to need her help someday when he proposed to me and I had completely forgotten about that. It was such an awesome surprise. I am so excited!!!

Oh my gosh including your future niece? Too cute!! Congratulations!!! :)
