for our wedding coming up this next august , it is being held in an antique shop here in Des Moines Ia. the only thing is my feonce wants to incorporate skulls into the wedding. His family thinks its a wonderful idea fits Matt to a T but how do i do that with out scareing my family???

@akcg0824: maybe get napkin rings that have a skull on them? or hide them in the centerpieces?

you are so in luck, given that skulls came into fashion in the last 5 years (don’t remember when). I have a friend who loves skulls who’s otherwise basically elle woods. She incorporates it in jewelry, shoes, fabrics, scarves, etc.
some suggestions would be as charms on bracelets for your bms, cufflinks for your man, skulls on (insert girly, pastel, other soft colour) ribbon tied around vases/the cake, etc.
a few photos i pulled off of google so you can see that if you stylize it a bit, you lose the creepy factor (although it’s still not my thing, personally)
