Id say start charting. I just started 1-2 cycles ago and it is such a relief to know the day I’m ovulating and then the day my period is going to start Based on temps. I’m kind of a control freak and I started temping after having weird cycles and really wanting to know what was going on. A lot of ladies use fertility friend but I use kindara. It’s prettier. Tee hee.

I thought it would be awful to get up early and temp every day, but I found that I just set an alarm and did it quickly. I don’t even have to put the temp in the program until later on when I’m really awake, my thermometer stores the last taken temp. I’m barely awake for 1 minute and then I can just go back to sleep (blissful sleep). I’m really forgetful too, but have managed to do this pretty well for a couple weeks now. I hope you can figure out what is going on.

I’m sorry I don’t have any idea about the two period problem you’re having, but it’s ridiculous. My mom had a lot of issues with long, strong periods for years after having my siblings and I (10 kids). I did read something recently about how the regular pads and tampons have chemicals in it that can cause havoc with some women, like they’re extra sensitive to them- causing bad periods. The article I read was a woman telling how when she started using a menstrual cup, her body regulated really quickly. After I read this, I wondered if my mom was/is sensitive to pads as well. I know I don’t really have that issue, but it did make me think about the possibility of switching to something safer to use.

Okay, so now I’ve rambled. But FX that you can figure out what is going on. I still think you should talk to your doctor about it anyway, even if you stop TTC for awhile. Something like this you should take care of anyway.
