How fun!! What an exciting time for all of you! :)
There are SO many great BM dresses out there that flatter pregnant women. I don't think you'll have any problems finding something that works for all of them. Just look for something with great definition at the waist and a flowy skirt.
Considering you're having a summer wedding, I'll right off suggest chiffon or jersey knit fabric. It'd be much cooler than tafetta or satin (in my opinion).
I had all of my maids do chiffon and use the color I chose. The style was whatever made them feel most comfortable! As long as their in the same fabric and color, I think it'll look great, regardless of the styles!
Haha...that's fun :-). I think you should be able to find lovely dresses for all of them, though. I know there are a lot of empire waist dresses that are really pretty but leave plenty of belly room
Thanks so much ladies :-) I appreciate the advice. That's what I was thinking - just needed to hear it from someone else, haha!
It's so exciting and I can't wait! :-) So many blessings in such a short period of time!
Thanks again!
thats so fun! my aunt was 8 months preggo (as a bridesmaid) at my sisters wedding - you really couldnt tell from the front in pictures.
i was thinking - the dress i bought for my girls would flatter pregnant women i think. as well as the non pregnant women.
I picked these dresses (in black) because you can order them in ANY size up to 30W (my sister is a 24 but the rest of my girls are between 2-10) you can also just send in measurements - plus the tummy area is kind of flowly and allows for the belly.
i bought them from www.lightinthebox.com

Haha - so... apparently there's a prenancy bug going through my bridesmaid. Of the three I have, two of them just found out their pregnant (my MOH and a bridesmaid, actually). By the date of the wedding they will both be about 5/6 months along. I want to find dresses for them that will be comfortable and cute, and not make them feel like they're wearing tents - They don't have to be the same style (I would prefer different styles for each girl, actually), but the fabric has to match. On top of that, I have my non-preggo bridesmaid to consider. Should I put her in the same style dress as the other girls, or something different? Would that look strange? I don't want her to be uncomfortable either!
Advice would be greatly appreciated, cause I'm getting frazzled! *lol*
