Wow! I'm so sorry. Is there any chance your MUA might be able to reschedule?
WOW I'm sorry about that. Was that the only answer that she gave you?!! That's very strange. What're you going to do?
I wouldn't be too thrilled about that and I would ask my mom why she did that without my consent.
Well, its a long story but we ended up switching hair dressers so my BMs could get their hair done, and she forgot that my first hairdresser was going to do my makeup too. Honest mistake, but she seemed shocked that I was going to get my makeup done.
@jedeve: Oh, so it was a mistake. From the previous story it seemed like she did it on purpose.
Yeah, sorry, it did sound like that. But I'm still frustrated cause my mom is best friends with the hairdresser so I'm positive the conversation went "oh that's fine if she needs to switch, did she still want to get her make up done too?" To which my mom would've said "no, no". Gah.
My hairdresser and make-up person cancelled on me 2 days ago, with just 2 weeks away from the wedding. So far I haven't been able to find someone new yet.. I feel your pain! Maybe you could contact your original make-up artist to see whether she's still up for the job? Good luck!

Sorry, there are no users yet.
My mom cancelled my make-up appointment. Why? I don't know.
Her response, "Oh did you want to get your make-up done?"
Me: "Yes. Its my wedding day."
Her: "I have a friend who sells Mary Kay, she could probably do it."
