I would also reccomend talking to a florist. DIYing flowers seems like an added stress that you don't need right now!

Also, you can try flowers spray paint. I tried some seafoamy blue on my test hydrangeas and it worked great. You can just spray the middle of the Anemones Black. I would test if first.

thanks! I'm not a huge of gerbera daisies, they just don't give me the "Feel" I'm looking for.
I'm laughing about the flower paint, when I did my first trial run of DIY centerpieces I used daisies and colored their centers black with sharpie.

SO I've been working really hard and trying to plan things, but the 57th thing went wrong today. I'm ordering my flowers from fiftyflowers.com and I'm DIYing them. I have my heart SET on white anemones with black centers along with roses and anemones. TODAY they called and said they won't be able to fulfill my order of the white anemones. MAJOR SAD FACE :(
I've tried wholeblossoms.com but they said there is no guarantee of getting ones with the black centers. (the reason I really want those is b/c my wedding is black and white)
Any ideas on where I can get them??
