I’ve just started, I’m changing my diet for life. Have started from Monday, and had 5 good days just under 1500 calories. Today was a baaaaaad day, but I’m not going to let it ruin the rest.
How you guys getting on?

You can’t be good all the time, remember that! The important thing is that you recognised you made a mistake and you won’t let it happen again for a while!
I find I always do much better when I do a food shop and get all my food in for the week. Otherwise I end up having no food in and eat ‘whatever i feel like’ which is usually a pizza or something similar.
But when I have food in, I have a plan and it’s so much easier to stick to!

We’ll just call today your “cheat day” . Every now and then when I fall off the bandwagon, I allow myself 1 cheat day a week (sometimes 2…) then vow to do the right thing the rest of the week. I’m cheering for ya!
