Thursday night my church had a party and I ate a cookie, a piece of pineapple upsidedown cake and some other fatty foods. The horrible eating continued into the weekend with ski lodge food and Superbowl Sunday.
This morning someone’s leftover cheesecake brownies were in the breakroom calling my name. Sadly, I answered.

It’s ok, it happens! One weekend of slipping up isn’t the end of the world, and tomorrow’s another day. 🙂

I understand how you feel! This was a bad weekend for my eatting to. You just have to accept that you ate some bad things, forgive yourself, and move on. Hit the gym hard and you’ll feel much better! Lots of love to you!!

I just saw the hot doc on the Doctors say that it is ok to slip once in a while and the best thing to do is forgive yourself and forget it, then just to get back into your eating and workout routine like it never happened. Everyone does it, you just have to get back up there and do what you gotta do.

Then get back on girl! Use this as motivation to get yourself back on track. You can do it.

Hey! It happens! You can’t be perfect all the time. The best thing you can do is accept that you ate more than you probably should have, but know that it’s okay. It’s only food. You didn’t commit a crime. Now, brush yourself off and get back on track. You can’t UN-eat anything, BUT you can commit to healthy eating for the rest of the day, then the rest of the week, and on and on.

Don’t feel discouraged and definitely don’t beat yourself up over a few poor food choices. Make the decision to recommit right now! You can do this!

🙁 i kno the feeling! visited a friend last week and missed my thursday and friday workouts and ate sooo poorly which continued through the weekend! bah! so not in the mood for workout but i am going to close the laptop and do it now! i suggest putting a paper towel over the brownies, much easier to pretend they don’t exist! lol good luck 🙂

I agree that it happens. Don’t keep kicking yourself for it, it’s a new week and you can start over. Have you been allowing yourself little cheat things when you are normally eating well. If I cut out all sweets, I end up bingeing later because I kept saying no to myself over and over.

I understand, yesterday I had Mcdonalds for lunch AND dinner, a Mcflurry and chips, beer, ribs, and Gyozas for a snack.
But hey, I’m going back to the gym today, because being upset with myself won’t accomplish anything. Plus, life’s too short to sweat the small stuff 😉

It happens 😛 My weekend wasn’t the greatest either. I use myfitnesspal, and when you enter the day’s food, it gives you a ‘if ever day were like today, you’ll weigh x in 5 weeks’.
I told Darling Husband that on Friday and Saturday it just said ‘you’ll be fat’ lol.

Don’t worry, just get back on! I know how ya feel, I broke my arm last Friday and haven’t been able to work out till today now that myvast is on 🙂 and of coursedid slipped up on my eating too. Just don’t punish yourself! Take a sec to write down your goals and you’ll be back on track in no time!

OMG I am in the same boat. I ate so horrible this weekend but today I am back and plan on sticking to it. I take my dress to get altered in a month. I have to be good and if I cant use my wedding as inspiration, then nothing will do it. haha
