On Dec. 22nd I placed an order with Papersource for 10 sets of A7 envelopes, 10 sets of 4Bar envelopes, and a pack of labels all in the color Night. I had to order online because the closest store to me is 2 hours away in Dallas. 🙁 Two days after I placed the order I received an email saying that the 4Bar envelopes were in back order and they had no timeline as to when I would be able to receive them. Well, that made me a little upset because if at check out I had been informed of the envelopes being out of stock I would’ve gotten all the envelopes somewhere else. Intially, they still charged me for the 4Bar envelopes and I had to call them to get the charge removed.
Yesterday, I finally got my shipment. I was really excited and planned to spend all day today addressing the envelopes. Our invitations need to go out by the beginning of Feb and I want to get as much done as possible before my next semester for school starts on Jan. 19th. When I opened my box, I had received someone elses order completely. As I looked at the invoice, it turns out our order numbers were one number different. They had written the order number for what was in the box on the outside of it and someone had put my shipping label on instead of the correct one! I called Papersource once more and they are resending my order. But, the best they could do was two day ship it and because of the holiday I won’t get it until Monday.
I know that it was a mistake and nothing else can be done about it. I was just excited to begin this project and now I have to wait some more. 🙁
