So its 10 months and counting until my wedding...Ive been busting my butt at the gym lately.  My friend from work asked me to go to a yoga class with her, even though Ive never done yoga before.  So we go and this class is HARD...I mean the instructor was literally turning herself into a pretzel!!  I basically stood there and laughed at how un-flexible I am.  So about 1/2 way through, my friend mentioned that this was my first yoga class and everyone started laughing.  Turns out this was a LEVEL 3 yoga...OMG...it was SUPER hard.  Today, literally, EVERY muscle in my body aches!

Im gonna try to Level 1 yoga from now on!

    AHhh the agony!

I've recently started yoga, too!  I've been going twice a week for about a month and a half, and I am super sore all the time.  I am always put to shame by the women in their mid 50's and 60's doing hand stands and such.  It is a really good workout though, and I noticed myself becoming more flexible very quickly.  It's also very good for muscle definition.

Its funny people always think yoga is meditation and relaxing. Ive been doing yoga for 8 years and I had my fiance come once. He could not believe what a hard work out it was. Definitly do start with the level one. Trust me if you keep doing it youre going to be sooo happy with how toned it makes you! Give yourself a few days to recover from being soar though =)

Im gonna try a level one class soon.  My gym offers a TON of classes, but many of them are throughout the day, when Im at work.  After work there aren't a ton to take!  Im going to find one though!

Yoga is so addictive.  I love it.  It's my cop out when I can't get cardio in.  I'm a big fan of the DVDs so no one can see how ridiculous I am.
