"But I just fell in love with it and felt like a little brat of a princess when I tried it on! ;-)"

    Your words!!!

I think both dresses are gorgeous. And for my particular style I would probably be more likely to go for the second one. But the way you talked about your dress makes me feel like you LOVE it, and you will look and feel fabulous in it. PLUS all the accessory plans you have for it.

    But ultimately, it's your choice.

@Mrs.tobe: Haha...honestly, I love both. The truth is, I think I love my first dress enough for it not to be worth going through the pain of selling it...

Seriously, there should be a chip in a bride's computer that prevents them from seeing any bridal gowns after buying one...like they have for children not to find porn.

@Mrs.tobe: Strong? When it comes to dresses? ;)

Once the dress arrives, in a few months- if I'm STILL thinking about the 2nd one, and it's STILL for sale...I may put mine up for sale to see if it sells...But only if I just can't get this one out of my mind...

But I WILL stop looking at other ones.

i think its ok to feel this way as long as you still LOVE your dress!  I had dress regret with my first dress without even looking at other dresses. so i knew i had to sell (and luckily i did).  but before i sold it i started looking and that was when i really knew i had to find another one.

but, like i said, in your case....you still seem to love your dress. and yes you might also love this second dress. but you ARE allowed to love more than one dress.  although popular opinion says we find our wedding dress and then we know its the ONE....as in comparing the concept to finding our fiance ("the one").  But you are not actually hurting anyone or being unfaithful by being attracted to other dresses while still committing to your own!

@PurpleUnicorn: Yeah the thing is I do have the time...but youre right I still love my dress. AND yes we can find many dresses beautiful- the hype to find "the one" is...hype.

Like I said before, Im going to sit on it a bit...see if it still haunts me.

@adw2c: I loooove beading. I always knew I wanted delicate beadwork on my dress...:)

Both dresses are gorgeous, but I have to say that I like the first one best.  It has this romantic whimsical feel to it and I can just see how that would be even more enhanced by your plans to make it more of an a-line.  :)

@dodgercpkl: Oh thank you!! :) Yes I really love it too...it was also super comfortable to wear, I felt like I could "glide" in it...and maybe the second one would make me look too "hippy" depending on how much weight I'll lose by then...

can you tell im trying to make myself feel better? lol

@totheislnds: Well the design inspiration for my wedding is "romantic"- the ballroom, flowers, music... so thats good that the dress looks romantic! :)

no way - the new picture isn't all that.  It looks like a lot of other gowns and the one you got is absolutely beautiful and unique.  Keep the one you have it is sooooo much better.

I much prefer the dress you already have.  The second one is pretty and all, but I've seen 100s of dresses that look just like it.

I don't like the 2nd one but I love your 1st one! the 2nd one looks so much more constricted/static whereas I think you'll flow and look radiant in the 1st!

It's ok, really. It happened to me even after my dress had arrived: I would "fall in love" with a different dress every week -_-

The thing is that once you've decided on a dress, even if you swoon over another dresses, no other will be as special as your dress. At least that's what I think.

By the way, your dress, yes the first one, the original, is beautiful!! (Way prettier than the other dress, in my opinion).

    @Evie19

I LOVEEEE YOUR DRESS ! Don't change it. pretty please :D. The other one is gorgeous too, but it's something that's been seen before. I think your dress is unique and different from most dresses.

And as PP have said, you are allowed to fall in love with other dresses, but we can't have them all. It's happened to us all. We see other dresses, other centerpieces, other aisle decorations and fall in love with all of them. Cause we're girls and we love weddings and everything is so beautiful in it's own way!

It's like seeing a cute guy down the street. you look, say WOW, and then think "Yep I have my own man back home who is awesome and beautiful and I LOVE HIM". You wouldn't have "man regret" every time you see a CK model in a magazine right?! hahahaha . So don't have dress regret every time you see a gorgeous dress on a website!  :D
