I keep forgetting Monday is a "holiday"... ugh, 3 day weekends mess things up so bad!
I'm GLAD it's holiday! That thought is the only thing that has kept me from pulling my hair out all day!
I work for the state, as a customer service rep. We work in a call center, so to speak. Usually we're not quite this busy, Friday normally is our busiest day, but today has been exceptionally so.
Luckily, it has died down now.. phew! I can finally catch my breath!
I'm glad Monday is a holiday too. I just got through my first week at work today, and I am so stressed! I def. need this weekend.
I'm glad you got to catch your breath! I don't know if I could handle a call center.

The phones are driving me CRAZY!
Usually we at least have a little down time between calls but NOT TODAY! Apparently everyone is freaking out because of the upcoming holiday & they know we won't be open.
*sigh*
At least there is a 3 day weekend to look forward to.
