Awww, sorry you are going through this!  I’m very sorry about the loss of your brother as well, I’m sure this is a very difficult time for you.  Just remember, everything in moderation.  If you try to cut out all of the stuff you love all together you’re MUCH more likely to go crazy some night and binge.  Weight loss is 90% diet, so by watching what you eat, you should be just fine.

I’m so sorry about your loss.  Emotional eating is a natural reaction.  With that being said, you still have time to fit comfortably in your dress.  Have you tried swimming as a way to exercise without putting stress on your knees?  It’s a good way to tone also.  As for your diet, I agree with SanDiegoAli – just make sure you moderate.  Good luck!
