Unprofessional. Run away!

Vendors need to earn your business, not strongarm you into it. You are completely right to make sure you fully research a vendor and make sure they’re what you’re looking for before you book them or pay them a deposit of any kind.

exactly! it’s good that you find out early that they’re not a good vendor! if they are already like this before they have your money, imagine what happens after they have your money…? better service? I bet you not! RUN FAST!

I agree with running. They have terrible customer service. But make sure you email back and tell them that because they’re being so unhelpful and because they’re unwilling to answer your questions, you’re not booking their services.
