We actually have to figure that out tonight! His family has a big Christmas shindig every year, and they finally let us know the date of that. So now we have to pin down a date for ours. The family one is the 19th, so ours will more than likely be the 12th.

I just had a convo with FI about starting a tradition when we move and get married of having an Ugly Christmas Sweater Party! He thinks no one would show except me because no one goes to those parties. Now I can prove him wrong. HA!

Mimosa, thanks for this wonderful idea! My FI and I throw an awesome Halloween party that is now annual 
and wanted to do a holiday party that was just as fun and thanks to you, we now have a theme! I told my FI about the idea and he LOVED it! We are thinking of having ours 12/18 or 12/19! Post pics everyone!

I love ugly sweater parties! My FI best man has one every year! Last year my fiance and I won the contest lol. We added lights to our ugly sweaters everyone loved them!

Do any of you have your sweaters yet? I went to Goodwill last night and looked but nothing really spoke to me LOL. There were lots of REALLY ugly everyday sweaters, but none of the Christmas ones were ugly enough for me! Will have to look somewhere else!

I just got invited to an Ugly Sweater party that's December 18th! So excited! CW isn't crazy about the idea - he made me swear I would never wear one of those "ugly themed sweaters" ever. Ugh. I think I'm gonna take back my promise.

I haven't found mine either. A lot of my guests have had a lot of luck on ebay, but nothing on there spoke to me (at least, in my price range). It may be time to take a quasi ugly sweater and DIY into fugly oblivion.
I had my party on Saturday!! It was awesome! Everyone had such a good time and it was hilarious! I can't wait to post pix!
