I have been dying to use glass despensers at my wedding, but seeing that I might have over 200 ppl, the 3 gallon dispensers Ive bought arent going to cut it and I dont want to buy more. My caterer will most likely be using the big ugly neon orange coolers which do not go with my burlap and pink wedding. Have any of you tried covering these with anything or making a sleeve to go over them? I would love to get a burlap sleeve if these even exist. Any help is appreciated! 🙂

You can buy burlap sacks at the garden center that you could cover the container with. They often have printing or pictures on them. You can sort through them to find the one you like.
Starbucks and other coffee chains also give away coffee bags.
You can make a large cover like these keg wraps

a sleeve with burlap would be super easy to stitch up, you also might ask about using the brown square ones, they look like wood. Most of the caterers around here use those now and they look much better. Still not stunning, but better.

@stephcramer1: Although I haven’t done it myself I imagine it would be pretty easy to purchase some of them yourself and spray paint them pink. You would have to spray on a base layer (probably a few) of white in order to prevent it from standing out. Otherwise sewing a burlap sleeve would also be simple, it’s just a tube. If you know anyone that sews that can help you out that sort of project shouldn’t take them very long for a few sleeves.

I really like the idea of the burlap sacks. I didn’t think about that for my wedding, but might be a nice touch for kegs.

I am thinking of just making some sleeves to put on them, but I literally just started my first ever sewing project today. if this project works out, I am definitely going to try and make the sleeves. It seems a lot prettier than that ugly orange!! Thanks for the suggestions!
